TUITION
Your annual tuition is divided into four equal payments:
- Payment #1 due at Registration (First 1/4 of annual tuition plus $100 application fee). Registration is non-refundable
- Payment #2 due July 1 (Second 1/4 of annual tuition)
- Payment #3 due November 1 (Third 1/4 of annual tuition)
- Payment #4 due March 1 (Fourth 1/4 of annual tuition)
Payment #2 is fully refundable if child is withdrawn by August 15. Failure to remit the July payment by July 15 may result in forfeiture of your child's classroom placement. Once school begins, payments #2, #3 & #4 are refundable, on a pro-rated basis, with two weeks notice. Please call the office should you need alternate payment plans.

SCHOLARSHIP
As part of the ministry of Los Altos United Methodist Church, The Children's Center offers a generous scholarship program to families in need. Scholarship request forms are available in the Children's Center office. Scholarships are not available for the Two's program. All requests for assistance are taken seriously. Decisions are made by the director and the senior pastor. A new request must be made each year.
