Our church camp is a time to:

• grow closer to God
• slow down, relax and have a time of renewal
• make new friends and deepen relationships with each other
• participate in daily morning classes
• go swimming, hiking, fishing
• try the challenging ropes course
• go exploring the surrounding gold rush area, including Sutter Creek and Black Chasm
• eat great food
• sleep in accommodations from tent cabins to motel-style rooms
• go away for a week or a weekend in the Sierra, with worship, music, fellowship, arts and crafts, recreational opportunities, and a chance to grow spiritually

Through a series of stories about biblical and contemporary heroes, campers will discover the characteristics of a hero and how they can be like a hero too.
