LAUMC Well-Drilling Trip to Nicaragua
Trip dates: June 20–30 | Information meeting: January 26
Work with Living Water International's in-country staff to drill a clean water well or provide hygiene education. No previous experience is necessary. Come to an information meeting on Thursday, January 26, 7:00–8:30pm, Creekside Center. Learn more about the trip here.

All services on January 29 will center around support of students at Africa University in Zimbabwe. A special collection will benefit the African Student Education Fund. Our goal is to continue to support all of "our students" for the coming academic year and to replace those who graduate with new ones. UMW Sale-a-bration

The United Methodist Women bring us the festive annual Sale-a-bration that raises money for the African Student Education Fund. Come to Creekside between services and support their cause. Shop for Super Bowl snacks, gift baskets, floral items, jewelry, greeting cards, baked goods and more! Every dollar spent goes towards sending African women to college! (Learn more)
Master Sinfonia concert
February 5
The Master Sinfonia Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Maestro David Ramadanoff, presents its second concert Sunday, February 5, 2:30pm in the Sanctuary. Featuring: Richard Wagner's Siegfried Idyll, Martin Rokeach's Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra, Bay Area composer Diane Maltester's concerto for the soloist World Premiere, and Mozart's Symphony No. 38 in D Major. Tickets ($20 or $5/youth) are available at the door.
Sharing Our Table monthly food drive

Every fourth Sunday LAUMC holds a food drive to benefit people in need in our own community through Community Services Agency. Please bring to church non-perishable food items, such as flour, cereal, canned fruit or vegetables, canned meat, condiments, sugar, cooking oil, etc. View the flyer for more information.
