Girl Scouts
Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. provides learning experiences for girls through activities developed around their needs and interests. Age appropriate programs are provided for girls in grades K-12.
Girl Scouting operates on the principle that girls grow and learn through experiences that involve making decisions and discovering things for themselves.
LAUMC has been a strong supporter of Girl Scouting and provides space for several Girl Scout troops and large events on campus. For more information, see the local Girl Scout web page or contact Leslie Carmichael at carm-lee@pacbell.net or 650-941-0260.
Boy Scouts
The church sponsors Boy Scout Troop 33 for boys ages 11-18, and Cub Scout Pack 33 for younger boys. The boys participate in many projects which are services to the church and community.
For more information, contact Roger Stewart, Scout Coordinator at 408-328-5802.
