We offer you one of the most beautiful settings in the Bay Area. Our staff is experienced and sensitive to your particular needs. Our pipe organ is one of the finest available.

Our Wedding Coordinator will assist you in making a reservation. You will be asked to complete an application and make a deposit to hold the reservation. Call the church office to reach the Wedding Coordinator (650-948-1083).

We assume Christian values in marriage, but impose no tests of belief or membership of any kind. Any couple ready to make a serious commitment in love to each other is welcome to have their wedding here.

We invite you to consider having your wedding ceremony at the Los Altos United Methodist Church. Marriage is one of the most important events in your lives. We would like to make your wedding a special time of joy and commitment. We provide the following facilities for your use:
  • A lovely church setting
  • Beautiful Landscaping and grounds
  • Dressing rooms for the bride & groom and the wedding party
  • Waiting room for families
  • Garden setting or chapel for small weddings

Our wedding team of ministers, organist/pianist, coordinators, soloists and custodial and audio assistants is well prepared and trained to help you achieve your desires and goals for your great day.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time your wedding is booked. All couples being married at the Los Altos United Methodist Church are required to attend our one-day Marriage Workshop. There is a $50 charge (per couple) for the workshop, which is included in the non-refundable deposit. The only optional aisle runners permitted in the church may be purchased from the Wedding Coordinator for $25. When your wedding date and time have been confirmed, the Wedding Coordinator will provide you with more detailed information about planning your wedding day. We look forward to sharing this special occasion with you.

Non-Member Wedding Fee of $1,100 includes:
      Building and Grounds $450
      Wedding Coordinator $150
      Audio/Custodial Fee $75
      Organist $200
      Minister $225

Member Wedding Fee of $650 includes:
      Wedding Coordinator $150
      Audio/Custodial Fee $75
      Organist $200
      Minister $225
