Ed Brackenbury
Ed Brackenbury is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist. He has been in private practice for the last 32 years and has offices in Menlo Park and Palo Alto. In addition to his practice Ed recently directed the marriage, family education department at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church.
He founded and directed the Institute for Marital and Family Therapy, which graduated over 250 therapists with Master's Degrees in Marriage Family Therapy. He was also in secondary education for ten years. In addition, Ed was an Area Director for Young Life that led to his ordination as a minister.
Ed is a popular speaker at local, national and international conferences throughout the year. He is also helping the Institute for Christian Resources train graduate students and church leaders throughout Eastern Europe in the fields of marriage, family and pastoral counseling. Recently he ended 5 years of radio ministry with KFAX AM 1100.
Ed and his wife Christine have been married 37 years and have two adult children.
